Fume Bistro & Bar is a local restaurant located north of downtown Napa at the mouth of the Napa Valley, off of highway 29. We are known as "the local place to be". We call our restaurant an American Bistro, however our menu has many European and International influences. Our wine list shares much of the same qualities making it very diverse. Although the majority of the list is California influenced, we have wines from France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, and Argentina as well.
Like any restaurant, our goal is to pair our wine list with our food. Our menu is not discriminating, allowing diverse flavors for all people. We have bold flavors like our "Braised Short Ribs", which pairs well with a California Cabernet Sauvignon or an Argentinian Malbec. On the other hand, we have "Pan Roasted Mahi Mahi", pairing well with an Italian vin Soave or California Viognier.
