About
Weekly shares of our fresh produce will come in bushel boxes (11x17x10 inches), supplying enough to feed 2-4 people for a week (depending on vegetable consumption). The contents of the box will be a mix of veggies that will vary week to week depending on what we're harvesting. For example, our first boxes in mid-October included green and yellow beans, eight-ball and geode squash, zucchini, spinach, arugula, lettuce and radishes. In November we harvested gold and bi-color corn, basil, onions, carrots, beets, cucumbers, purple beans, and even a few tomatoes! In January - April, you'll see kale, chard, lettuces, mustard greens, carrots, turnips, broccoli, peas, and avocados. Summer months may bring berries and melons in addition to favorites like chiles, tomatoes, and more. We'll also include news from the farm and a guide to what's in your box with recipes to help you enjoy it.
