Our farm is located in the beautiful Broomtown Valley of northeast Alabama and has been in the family since 1832. Our farm is a sustainable, all natural Beef Cattle Operation promoting a healthy environment for our livestock, family, friends, and customers. Our mission is to provide you and yours with an all natural, grassfed beef that will offer a satisfying, memorable, and healthy eating experience. To ensure a quality product, our calves have been bred, born, raised, and finished on our farm. They have always been under our management, so we know that they have never had grain, growth hormones, antibiotics, or fed animal by-products. They have been raised their entire lives as Mother Nature intended with clean air, sunshine, and fed on fresh pastures.
Our beef is processed at a State Inspected Plant only when it is properly finished. It is dry-aged for full flavor and tenderness, quick frozen and cryovac packaged for maximum freshness.
