About
Dennis grew up on the farm and is helped by his wife, Jennifer, their son, Nate. Along with our greenhouse for winter lettuce, greens, herbs and bedding plants in 2011 for production and for sale. This year we are adding Aquaponics to our co-op growing fish to help with our greenhouses. We feature a large selection of vegetables, culinary herbs and a lettuce mix sold in organic stores and restaurants in the area. As of the 2009 season, the farm has added a co-op for CSA members. Full shares will receive 5 to 30 pounds of produce and half shares will receive 2 to 15 pounds of produce also extra veggies are available free for members but as a upick for canning or freezing.
We also provide a brief newsletter for members each week with delicious new recipies using some of the ingredients offered from the farm.
