Their livestock graze in open pastures, and they do not use any pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, antibiotics or growth-promoting hormones. In addition to beef and pork, the farm offers fresh eggs, milk, a nursery of native plants and blueberry- and strawberry-picking during the months of May through July.
