Lewis Creek, with its swimming holes and trout fishing, runs through 50 acres of lush river bottom soil. They wholesale extensively in the Burlington and Middlebury areas. They have a stand at the farm in Starksboro which is open year round. They attend the Burlington Summer Farmers' Market and the Burlington Winter Farmers' Market.
