Business Detailed:  Our farm's main location is the old Clark farm in Cornwall. We are taking land that has been historically been in corn silage and working to build mineralized soil and diverse pastures. We raise Angus cows that are grass-fed and grass finished. Our cows are moved daily to fresh grass during the grazing season. All our pigs are raised on pasture, with access to wooded lots at various times of the season. Besides what they forage for, they are also fed non-medicated grain along with apples and apple pulp.
