We work very hard to keep a sustainable small CSA. Most of the work on this farm is done by hand.
Market shares include: vegetables, flowers, herbs and some fruit. Right now pick-up is at the Bloomington or Mendota Heighs drop. The day of the week is subject to change per the needs of my members.
USDA inspected chicken, turkey, duck, goose, lamb and beef available by arrangement. These items must be pre-arranged and require a small deposit. A meat CSA is becoming a possibility.

Fresh eggs are available to add to your basket as a CSA egg share. The eggs are every color- looks like an easter basket. They are packed by the, dozen. (for all the bakers out there, have you ever tried duck eggs? ooooh so rich!)For an the adventureous we will have limited turkey, duck, goose and guinea eggs.
