About
Smith Gardens grows over 30 different types of vegetables, including raspberries. The CSA season runs 20 weeks from the beginning of June through mid October. A winter share (for an additional charge) is also available late October through December. Pick-up sites are in Alma, WI, Trempealeau, WI, and Winona, MN or folks can pick-up their shares at Smith Gardens farm.
Smith Gardens Community Farm is a diversified small family farm seasonally producing naturally grown vegetables and wood-fired pizzas to the public. Free-range eggs, homemade jams, and handcrafted soaps are also available.
As a way to add value and diversify our produce, wood-fired pizza nights are open to the public every Thursday 4:30-9pm, May-Labor Day. After Labor Day, we're only open on Saturdays from 11-6pm. Pizzas are sold in 16" to-go box for you to eat picnic-style amongst the gardens or take it home.
The farm goods are available through CSA vegetable subscriptions, at the farm in rural Cochrane, WI, the Bluff Country Co-op in Winona, and local fine restaurants. CSA boxes come in 1 1/9 or 5/9 bushel boxes. Currently, we deliver to Alma, Winona, and Trempealeau.
