About
Hilltop Pastures Family Farm is a 100% grassfed, agriculturally sustainable family farm. We offer 100% grassfed and finished beef, pastured pork, free-range fresh for Thanksgiving turkeys, and free-range eggs. All of our animals are raised on fresh pasture, sunshine, and fresh air.
Our pigs and turkeys are also supplemented with a locally grown non-GMO feed. Our beef is completely grass finished.
Beef and pork are available by the individual cut, sampler and/or family packages, or by the bulk order. Please view our product and price list listed on our website to see all that we have to offer.

1) The All American - 15 lbs / month: Every month of your subscription period you will receive at least 15 lbs. of a variety of beef and pork cuts and 1 doz. eggs. The mixture will include a blend of: Extra lean ground beef, 1 package of grilling steaks, 1 beef roast, pork sausage and/or brats, pork cuts/ribs, a smoked pork favorite and 1 doz. eggs.
Sample 1 - Eggs, Rump Roast, T-bone steak, 3 lbs. ground beef, pork chops, pork roast, 1 link & 1 ground pork, 1 bacon
Sample 2 - Eggs, Sirloin Tip Roast, Top Sirloin steak, 2 lbs. 1/3 lb ground beef patties, pork chops, smoked ham roast, 1 brat & 1 sausage, spare ribs
(These samples are shown to provide a sense of the subscription packages. Actual packages will vary.)
2) The Ground Round: This is a great all-beef economical subscription. Each month of your subscription period you will receive 5 lbs. of extra lean ground beef and 1 other braising/slow cook beef cut.
Sample 1 - 5 lbs. ground beef, 1 Chuck roast
Sample 2 - 5 lbs. ground beef, 1 Sirloin steak
3) Meatloaf Mania: 10 lbs. of extra lean ground beef each month. Get our lowest per pound ground beef price.
