Healthy home-grown food is important to our family. We use organic methods in our CSA garden. Our laying chickens are free-range. Our broiler chickens are raised on fresh pasture.

We grow our garden using organic methods. We also utilize season extension techniques so that we can stretch the harvest of great vegetables in our short Minnesota summer. We grow a wide variety of produce (a list is available upon request), with something sure to please everyone! A share is equal to a weekly 1/2 bushel basket filled, with more items offered when available (especially cucumbers, summer squash, and tomatoes!) Dependent on the weather, harvests will begin in June and run roughly 12 weeks. We have successfully CSA-gardened for 3 years and truly enjoy the community aspect of CSA gardening! Consider joining us for a lot of wonderful food and healthy variety in 2011!
