About
Celestial Harvest Inc. is a small CSA family operation which in addition to me includes my wife Chantel and our four children Chelsea, Colin, Carlie, and Celeste. All of our growth has come from word-of-mouth. Everything we do is consistent with our values to grow nutrient dense food and provide our customers a great product.
At Celestial Harvest we grow produce with utmost care for the land. We are stewards of our soil. In addition to produce, we also grow organic hay and are in process of establishing an organic small fruit orchard. We have a commitment to grow exceptionally tasty and nutritious produce. Our commitment to ecological integrity and food quality is assured by our application to a third party certificatioin body for organic certification: Minnesota Crop Improvement Association
You will receive a weekly box, throughout the growing season, of seasonal produce. Choose a 1/2 bushel box (ideal for two) or 3/4 bushel box (feeds a family of four). We offer seasonal berries, melons and fruits.
