Our beef and lamb are 100% pasture fed (hay in winter). We raise Irish Dexter Beef and Kathadin Sheep - breeds that are natural to the pasture feeding system. Our pigs, and birds are free-to-roam. The health of our animals shows in the quality of the meats we sell. This year we are offering more "goodies" collected from the "wild". Morels, Chanterelles, wild berries and plants, Porcini AND homemade - Brew-to-you wines made 100% from our farm produce. We have farm tours where people can see, collect and learn about the wonders of nature and see how our farm operates.
