About

HillsideWay Farm is a small family farm owned and operated by three generations of women; two sisters a daughter and two granddaughters. Between the five of us we have 30 years of gardening and farming experience. While our farm is small, we offer a large variety of farm fresh products.

If you're in the Salem, Stayton or Albany areas we're catering to you!

Sign up for one of our Garden Shares either for you, make it a gift for someone you know or donate it to a needy family and with that you'll get the privilege of buying some of our other amazing farm fresh products. We offer honey and beeswax from our hives, yarn and raw wool from our own alpacas, raw goats milk from our alpine goats, blue, green, pink and brown eggs from our hens, fresh pasture chicken, as well as Heritage Turkeys and Christmas/Thanksgiving Goose.

Orders taken during the month of May will receive their share starting in July and running through the end of the season.

Garden Shares (CSA) is approx 25-30 weeks of fresh garden produce to be home delivered or picked up from the farm each week. Each week you'll receive enough garden produce to keep a family of 3-4 happy with assorted in season vegetables and various fruit.

The first week of the season you'll receive a recipe card box and each week you'll receive recipe and menu ideas to add to it. We not only want to share our garden produce but our love for eating it as well. Our last week will include a pumpkin for carving or pie making.

Whether you sign up for yourself, give a share away to a friend/family or donate a share to a needy family you will have the added benefit of being able to buy some of our other farm fresh products which may include honey, beeswax (raw and candles), green/blue, pink and brown eggs, pasture chicken, raw wool and/or yarn from our alpacas, raw goat's milk, as well as sign up for a Thanksgiving/Christmas Heritage turkey and/or goose.

We'll occasionally have free samples and handouts which may include salad dressings, goat cheese and yogurt, bakery goods, home brew, cookies, candies, bbq sauce and salsas, jams and jellies and whatever else we happen to be making in the kitchen.

Extra farm fresh produce is limited so our Garden
