About
Based on previous seasons and what we currently have sown we make projections about what weekly shares will contain. You can expect 6-12 different vegetables, herbs and or fruit in your weekly box. We grow in rhythm with our Northwest season, so each week the types and varieties of vegetables will vary. We honor diversity and grow many varieties of each vegetable- giving much flavor, color and a myriad of nutritional benefits with each box. Here is hint of what your boxes may look like... Early season boxes starting in June may contain radishes, salad mix, kale, chard, beets, broccoli, cabbage and more. Mid season will bring squash, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers (hot and sweet), potatoes, beets and carrots, green beans and some fruit (apples, pears, blackberries, figs, rhubarb etc.) In the fall you can expect crops like winter squash, asian cabbage, onions, leeks, parsnips, carrots, melons dried and fresh fruit and wild crafted mushrooms. These are just a few of the flavors you'll be tasting through the season.
