Welcome to Jackson Hollow, our organically and sustainably managed farm. Located in beautiful Buffalo County Wisconsin, nestled between limestone bluffs, our farm has been naturally fertilized and chemical free since 1984. We partner with local Amish farms to enhance variety and reliability.

We offer CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) memberships providing weekly baskets during the growing season, which is 18-20 weeks as Mother Nature dictates. We also offer organically raised, free range Freedom Ranger chicken and egg shares.

We treat our land and animals with respect and foresight, to maintain and improve our farm in balance with nature. Your investment in the next growing season rewards farming by sustainable methods, helps the local environment, and provides you with a bountiful share of locally grown food harvested at the peak of flavor and nutrition.
