We firmly believe in the local consumption of local production, as well as organic methods in all areas of cultivation, harvest and processing.

We are located in the Four Corners region on the Colorado Plateau, at an altitude of 7,000 feet. We enjoy beautiful views of the north wall of Mesa Verde. The growing season techinically lasts only 120 days, but with creative use of cold frame greenhouses and row covers we are able to maximize our harvest season to six months.
