Welcome to Mountain View Farm, operated by Mike Shepard and Erin Buckwalter with plenty of help from family and friends. We are farming land in South Starksboro that has been in Mike's family for six generations and are striving to bring farming back to it.

From reclaiming pastures with pig power to fertilizing our fields with our mobile chicken-coop to rotationally grazing our beef herd, we are passionate about expanding access to locally-grown farm products while being good stewards of the land.
