The beef comes in quarters, halves and a whole animal, deep frozen and double wrapped in white butcher paper. The beef is picked up by the customer from the local butcher, where it has been hung and then cut and wrapped. They also have an organic apples orchard, which is open to the public on Sundays in the Fall. Additionally, customers may buy pastured eggs.
