Business Detailed:  Our CSA runs for 22 weeks from June through October. We grow a wide array of both traditional and unusual vegetables and fruit and our harvest boxes reflect that. Harvest include between 8 and 15 different vegetables or fruits each week with a balance of the practical and the more challenging. We include recipes and bring a "trade out" box to the drop sites so that subscribers can exchange an item they cannot use. Every week includes staples like salad greens and onions as well as unusual items as they come into season. Drop offs are between 4 and 6pm. In Salem on Tuesday and in Monmouth/Independence on Friday. Subscriptions are $400 if paid by April 2010 and $440 paid May or later. Subscriptions can be paid in one payment or in two payments.
