We craft a superior crop of wine grapes, starting with a skilled selection of soil profiles, climatic conditions, rootstocks and clonal varietals. With extensive vineyard holdings located in several California appellations, ASV Wines is able to offer a wide-ranging menu of wines to our customers. In addition, ASV Wines has the flexibility to contract with other wine grape growers to meet any unique customer needs.ASV Wines has the facilities, resources and experienced winemakers to custom process wines for our customers. Our skilled production team will work independently or in cooperation with your winemakers to produce wines that meet your exact specifications. Our customers may choose from several wine processing styles including tank, barrel and punch down fermentation, oak and sur-lie aging, extended cap maceration, whole cluster pressing and use of oak staves and chips. A variety of other production techniques are available .
